Review, monitor and maintain property related matters; disposal of property, maintenance of buildings, use of property resources, Health and Safety and Quality assurance.
Direct and manage all aspects of new builds, refurbishments, upgrades and conversions
Direct, review and implement the environmental strategy within the Force
Prepare, monitor and control budgets within the Estates remit
Direct and manage all property repairs and maintenance
Provide valuations in regards to Estates management
All other related Estates management duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Essential requirements:
Qualified Chartered Architect, Surveyor (RIBA, RICS) or suitable recognised qualification
Working experience related to the qualification above of a minimum of ten years
Public and Private sector estates experience at management level
Exposure to construction, valuation, estate management and property development
Excellent leadership skills with proven experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record monitoring budgets
Strong knowledge in regards to Government policy on property
Desirable requirements:
Driving licence and use of a car
Knowledge of The Police and their internal structure
