Job Description

This position has been created through further growth, with the existing Partner stepping into more of a business focused role, so there will be a smooth transition for you to champion this role with Partnership, only round the corner as you.

The role is split between Fee Earning, Business Development/ Networking, Management

Core caseload will consist of:

• Commercial Property Sales and Purchases
• Commercial Leases
• Surrendering and Assigning Leases
• Residential Lease Extensions & Collective Enfranchisement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Business Development – You will inherit most relationships from the existing Partner, with an expectation to develop this further, introducing your own work into the firm.
