Job Description
  • Working within agreed stakeholder KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) to deliver and maintain excellent service.
  • Completing a range of administration tasks, including the raising of purchase orders, receipting and approving invoices.
  • Supporting the Operational Support function with general data capture and administration activities in line with agreed SLAs across several internal stakeholder teams.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and deal with day to day enquiries.
  • Assisting in resolving arising operational issues, answer questions and find solutions in a timely manner.
  • Completing trackers, logs and data collation reports in line with Stakeholder service levels and requirements as well as all operational aspects of service delivery.
  • Completing data capture for several stakeholder teams across wide ranging products & work briefs.
  • Working within Operational Support processes to deliver agreed service levels & ensure adherence to fundraising compliance and regulation.
  • Helping to maintain operational effectiveness by updating processes and procedures as required.
  • Overseeing materials and supplies ordering in line with stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Answering the phone and deal with queries from supporters, Cancer Research UK staff and volunteers as and when required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate across a wide-ranging audience, utilizing a range of different channels.
  • Well organized & the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide prompt and effective responses to queries.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to data capture and reporting.
  • Advanced level competency working across the Microsoft Office Package and other IT based reporting and accounting applications.
  • Experience of dealing with telephone queries from a diverse group of internal teams.
  • Good experience of data collection and inputting with the ability to work at pace.
  • Proven experience working with office-based procedures and filing systems.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint software, Checkbox, CRM systems and web editing software
  • Relevant experience & knowledge of DC & Administrative processes and working procedures.
  • Experience of monitoring and reporting to inform service improvement and deliver SLA’s across stakeholder teams.
  • Experience of providing service for a multi-site operation and across multiple stakeholders.
