Telephone interviewing candidates, discussing their requirements and selling a job opportunity to them
Guiding candidates through the registration process for Cordant People
Compliance checks on new workers
Obtaining references on candidates - outbound calls and emails
Conducting face to face and video interviews with candidates
Working with Recruitment Consultants to place candidates in suitable roles
Sending out assignment confirmations and delivering contracts to workers
Working in a fast paced sales environment which is ever changing depending on business needs
This will be a targeted role and you will be monitored on KPI's on a daily basis
This role requires a confident and professional manner both in person and on the telephone
The jobs roles you will be working on will vary between commercial, industrial and technical requirements
