Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* To perform all duties in accordance with the companies Health & Safety Policy and Quality Assurance procedures.
* Attend meetings and undertake site visits.
* To assist with estimating and cost planning pre and post order.
* Prepare and submit valuations to live contracts.
* Administer and assist in the negotiation of final accounts.
* To assist with tender document preparation and tender reporting.
* Assist with contract administration and cost control.
* Assist with identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks.
* Allocate work to sub-contractors, negotiate with the Project Manager to achieve value for money and maintain excellent working relationships.
* Represent and serve the best interests of the company.
* Create and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
* Prepare timely financial reports, accurately forecasting net margin and activity utilising company tools and resources.
* Experience with JCT's.
* Self-Motivated and able to work on own initiative.
* Creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
* Communicate and work collaboratively and professionally with other individuals and teams at all levels.
* Show high levels of adaptability to meet new challenges effectively and timely.
* Highly organised with excellent time management.
* Analytical with clear and concise reporting skills.
* Excellent literacy and numerical skills.
* Good IT skills with competency in all Microsoft products.
