Job Description
  • Run the day to day operations of the finance department, overseeing all transactions including accounts payable, payroll, aged receivables etc.
  • Develop robust financial controls, systems and processes to support the business with it's rapid growth
  • Drive the continuous improvement of end to end finance operations and accounting practices
  • Review and oversee production of monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Balance Sheet reconciliations) for all entities
  • Ensure compliance and delivery of all external reporting requirements, with the support of external accountancy firm
  • Ad hoc analysis requests and project support
  • Management of 2-3 direct reports

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Previous experience of managing a finance function
  • 3+ years post qualification experience, hospitality /multi-site experience is a plus
  • Strong academic record
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-starter and ability to work within a dynamic fast paced environment
