Job Description
  • Carefully and accurately processing customer orders in window manufacturing software.
  • Dealing with customer order enquiries and queries via telephone and email.
  • Collating signed-off orders for production and purchasing.

Benefits

  • Hours: 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
  • Half hour lunch break
  • Initially 20 days annual leave (growing with length of service), plus bank holidays

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with window processing software - desirable though not essential
  • General IT skills - Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Helpful, "can-do" attitude
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Team player
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing role would be helpful
  • Experience of working in manufacturing or window industry would be helpful
