Job Description
  • Take calls and liaise with external companies
  • Diary management
  • Arrange appointments and visits
  • Administration and completion of all required administration tasks
  • Preparation and distribution of reports
  • Undertake meeting administration duties including notes & action reports
  • Ensure relevant systems and data bases are up to date and accurate at all times
  • Promptly answer all telephone calls received within company guidelines

Administrator Shifts:

  • Mon to Fri
  • 08:00 - 17:00
  • Location: Slough
  • Duration: Ongoing, temp to perm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong administrative background with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good telephone manner, with a positive, proactive personality.
  • Good information technology skills to include but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work using own initiative to ensure both self and others are organized
  • Ability to priorities own workload
  • Great customer service
