Job Description

Your role will focus on streamlining communication between the study team members, maintaining internal and external Clinical Trial systems and managing documents and study information.

You will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for investigational sites, vendors, and multi-functional project teams
  • Ensure accurate document management at all times
  • Update and maintain (automated) tracking systems and schedules
  • Coordinate various activities within clinical research projects
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • BSc or MSc in Life Sciences (or a similar subject), or relevant training and experience
  • Administration experience is preferred
  • Previous exposure to Clinical Trials is beneficial, although not essential
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
