Job Description
- Taking orders from customers and processing through company system
- Liaising with couriers ensure to orders are accurate and updated on a daily basis
- Communicating with suppliers ensuring goods in arrive on time
- Printing orders and allocating to correct couriers
- Communicating with suppliers closely with suppliers to ensure that goods inwards arrive
- Organising the courier’s schedules
- Stock control, via system & warehouse checks
- Keeping supplier records up to date on company systems
- Being the key point of contact across the business for information & updates regarding operations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong experience in a similar logistics/Transport/Distribution role
- Experience working closely with warehouse
- Stock control experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sales order processing experience
- Good IT system knowledge
- Excellent communicator written & Verbal
