Management of social media across all social media platforms both B2B and B2C (Linkedin/Facebook/Pinterest/Instagram/Twitter/Tik Tok)
SM Strategy & Scheduling planning content & copywriting
Identifying opportunities to grow & improve our social media offering
Reporting & analytics/tracking & conversion/engagement, analyse ongoing campaigns & what achieves the best traction/engagement to continually improve our social output.
Community management/responding & dealing with all enquiries, comments/DM’s.
You will have a proven track record of creating successful paid social campaigns and an ROI.
You will have a voice and be full of creative ideas & be able to make insight-led recommendations to continuously improve our brand.
You will be a trendsetter - looking at what’s hot & what’s not! You will be one step ahead, constantly looking to evolve & improve our activity, jumping at any given opportunity to profile the brand in the right way.
Manage & forge relationships with influencers, social butterflies & aligned brands/ companies such as interiors/lifestyle.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience interacting within online communities- Social Media Marketing: 2 years (required) & Facebook Advertising: 2 years (required)
Experience working with a media planner to inform scheduling based on events/dates in the calendar.
You will be bright, enthusiastic and a hardworking team player and be highly organised & capable of working to tight deadlines.
Have a proven ability to create a clear concise strategy based on analytics & audience research with previous organic & paid social media experience.
You will be comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment and have the ability to combine creativity & strategy to achieve set KPIs.
