Lead the optimization of the front and back end of the company system to ensure delivery of an efficient effective operation for all venues and central teams
Leverage operational relationships to developed and create till screen layouts, pricing and modifiers which meet the unique requirements of the venues
Collaborate with marketing team members to create and build commercially sound promotions supported by effective company operations
Manage the relationship with the company provider effectively to ensure efficient service delivery to the venues that is well planned and structured
Drive our innovation and improvement, influencing suppliers and central functions to adopt improved ways of working and functional design that support the venues
Manage the Rank Group mobile ordering platform from a central perspective while influencing decisions with a customer first focus
Manage all data, reporting and analytics to F&B, marketing and finance teams delivering insight and recommendations to support business aims
Provide insightful and commercially astute periodic reporting on promotional activity that supports the central functions strategic decisions and drives improvements
Create, analyze and distribute margin analysis both as part of offer development and regular reporting
Provide accurate sales mix data to support offer development and menu changes
Provide analysis, recognizing trends within F&B revenue streams for the venues, and makes practical suggestions for improvements which supports target delivery in venues
Creates and implements plans that deliver accurate recipes and menus in the menu management and systems across all venues, looking for economies in scale and synergy in ways of working across the venues
Manage Grosvenor Casinos allergen matrices ensuring accuracy and ease of use supporting a safety-first culture
Develop good relationships with procurement and the Rank supply chain to ensure and maintain efficient and accurate product pricing in the database
Develop cost models for all recipes and menus in line with agreed practice
Leverage great relationships at all levels of the business and represent the team at Rank Group meetings, training sessions, supplier days and supplier management meetings
Take a lead role in driving a safety-first culture, managing safety within Rank to ensure no risk is overlooked
Build active relationships and positively engage with team members and colleagues across all functions and at all levels of the business
Understand and promote Rank codes of conduct
Constantly look for ways to improve delivery managing and delivering on additional projects and responsibilities that may be required by the business
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in Food and Beverage operations including experience
Project Management experience in delivering Project to budget and on time
Ability to assimilate complex sources of data and make recommendations based on sound commercial sense
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for the benefits that data analysis can bring
Knowledge of the UK gaming industry, and its associated legislation
Ability to identify and priorities Stakeholders, build rapport, and tailor communications to meet the stakeholders needs
