Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and welcoming individual to be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' visitors on a part-time basis. You will need to be professional and well organized offering administrative support to the wider business.
Responsibilities:
- Speedy and courteous response to incoming telephone calls
- Welcoming all visitors in a polite and courteous manner
- Maintain visitor records
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail; ensuring deliveries are distributed
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up and ready
- Provide administrative support to the teams within the office, including the day to day diary management, general admin support, and organizing couriers and taxis as needed
- Ordering and monitoring of stationery, site clothing and office supplies
- Ensuring kitchens are stocked with refreshments
- Updating company contact information ensuring accurate data is stored
