The successful candidate must also feel comfortable and confident speaking to and emailing retailers about their orders and account queries. Therefore a good phone & email manner is essential.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours however time is needed every day to process orders which are time sensitive. Ideally it would be office based but some flexibility to work from home will be available.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaising with retailers to help create their orders
• Inputting customer orders into system
• Creating and sending invoices in accounting system QuickBooks
• Credit control to ensure invoices are paid on time, sending reminders and contact customers about overdue payments
• Assisting the company with reports needed qtrly VAT returns

Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
