RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up new clients on the system
- Sort and distribute the post/ letters
- Monitoring the main email address inbox
- Meeting and greeting with clients in the office
- Ordering stationery and stock for the communal kitchen
- Overseeing office cleaning contract
- Invoicing and weekly banking run
- Arranging venues for client meetings
- Photocopying and scanning
- Typing letters and proof reading
