Job Description

The company will provide full system training, free allocated parking, pension scheme, 20 days holiday with four days off over Christmas! You will be based in the office and part of a small, close nit team where there can be anything up to 8-10 people in the office at any one time.
Your role will include the following.

  • Sales and purchase order processing, chasing late deliveries and checking invoices
  • Liaising with customers and answering customer queries
  • Ordering stock, monitoring freight and carriage, completion of service worksheet and assistance with product identification of incoming deliveries
  • Literature management and re-ordering, and general administration

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally you will have approximately 2 years in a similar role, be hard working with very good attention to detail, good communicator, problem solver, and team player, excellent telephone manner with a desire to learn and develop along the way.
