You will play a vital role at the forefront of a friendly and supportive team.
Your main duties will include:
- Respond effectively to requests for advice/information via telephone or email
- General reception duties
- Transcribing letters
- Answering the phones
- You will be providing all administration duties for the team and ensuring the day-to-day duties are dealt with efficiently and accurately.
- You will be the main contact for the team when they have queries or updates needing to be solved.
- Within your role you will be given the responsibility to priorities admin duties in an order of urgency and will adapt quickly to ever changing situations.
- You'll need to be able to remain calm under pressure and be happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
- This will be a rewarding role for those who can work well under pressure.
Benefits:
- Hours: 37.5 per week - Monday-Friday (8am-4pm,9am-5pm,12pm-8pm) with 1 in 4 Saturdays required to work on 9am-5pm
