Job Description

This is a demanding role and requires someone with a professional demeanor, lots of patience, the confidence to chase hotel suppliers and first rate communication, both spoken and written. This is a high volume, attention to detail role - working in a lovely team.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous hotel commission experience or working in the finance dept of a hotel.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
  • Ability to reconcile accounts and have excellent attention to detail 
  • Competence in Microsoft Office products and accounting software 
  • Prior experience with accounting systems
  • Calm, polite and professional confident manner to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations and e-mails.
  • Minimum 2 years’ Experience

Experience:

  • credit control: 2 years (required)
  • hotel commission: 1 year (preferred)
  • hospitality finance: 1 year (preferred)
