Job Description

You will be responsible for the overall finance department and full suite of monthly reporting including the following key tasks:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L key metric and variance analyses
• Annual statutory accounts working papers file for delivery to external accountants, liaison with the same
• Balance Sheet review and reconciliation including Intercompany transactions and recharges
• Debtor active management in line with agents and producers
• Liaison with agency artists, creative and Suppliers
• VAT review and compliance
• Reconciliation, monitoring and reporting of Job Folder and review of Gross Profit including artist statements and recharges
• Daily bank reconciliation and treasury funds management
• Cash flow management including review weekly multicurrency payment run and responsibility for credit card management in a busy international agency
• Supervision, mentoring and growth of finance team
• Liaison with the US accounting team to support global operations and US based Directors
• Liaising with external payroll agent and maintaining international HR platform
• Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and forecast in collaboration with Executive Team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ideally you will be ACCA/ICAEW qualified with at least 5 year PQE with strong technical accounting skills, advanced excel skills and previous exposure of QuickBooks Online is also essential.
