The role in question is a diverse, varied role working very closely with the Finance Manager and involves the accurate processing, recording and completion of all accounts information. Responsibilities include processing paperwork to the appropriate ledgers, posting receipts, preparing all banking information and analysing VAT on all purchase and expenses. Additionally, an important responsibility is the finance reconciliations and analysing payments and outgoings before posting to the nominal ledger.
To be considered, the ideal candidate must:
Have previous experience of working in a finance function
Solid Sales Ledger experience
Exposure to working on the production of management accounts and the month end routine
Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities to develop their experience
Looking to work in a busy, fast paced environment
Have good customer service skills to build relationships and liaise with management and customers
