Job Description
You will provide administrative support within a growing programme, as well as on training and development initiatives across the organization more broadly. You will take the lead in the administration and co-ordination of a range of activities including recruitment and selection; programme delivery and communication; and a range of training and development activity. The position is full-time and begins immediately.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support for recruitment activity: placing advertising, booking careers fairs, helping to organize and deliver open days
- Providing administrative support for selection activity, such as organizing interviews
- Providing administrative support around onboarding activity/events
- Management of the training inbox – responding to or redirecting queries
- Organization and minute-taking at various department meetings
- Coordinating progression reviews and managing the associated administration
- Coordinating venues, catering, and attendees for training sessions
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to management as required
