Provide high quality, accurate, timely administration support, filing records, administration duties
Communicate promptly and effectively with service users and staff, utilizing telephone, email, letters, face-to-face contact
Support Clinicians with the administration and allocation of planned and unplanned referrals to the Service using Software
Work within a network of Trust services to share learning and good practice to maximize system benefits
Supporting the integrated Nursing teams with the e-Roster / e-scheduling systems such as resetting passwords, loading new starter information, uploading and downloading reports
To assist with managing change within the organization, being a champion of the software and encouraging others to adapt to a new way of working to assist with all training and ensure that clinical staff appropriately use the system thereby helping the Trust to meet its financial targets
Maintain and develop accurate electronic records, maintain accurate inputting, to database using keyboard skills
Deal with telephone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner
Priorities work load and resolve conflicting appointments using own judgment to priorities as per pathways
Support managing of electronic diaries for Nursing Teams
Support plan and co-ordinate work load as needed
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
GCSEs C and above in English and Math or equivalent experience
NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent experience
IT qualification or equivalent level of experience using Microsoft packages
Previous clerical/office experience
Able to use electronic information systems
Able to contribute constructively to a team working environment
Ability to use own initiative whilst understanding the need to seek advice from senior staff where necessary
