Job Description
You are responsible for managing the finance hub, ensuring adherence to all group policies meeting reporting deadlines. The successful candidate will have a wide experience in improving process efficiency and quality to ensure the best possible service for colleagues, customers and suppliers.
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced finance professional either on a on a full-time or part-time basis. The role will be to support our Finance Manager undertaking the tasks listed below:
Key duties:
- Process all supplier invoices
- Process supplier payments
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts to statements
- Process monthly payroll journals
- Preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
- Reconcile debtors control account
- Bank reconciliations
- Process monthly management journals e.g. stock, prepayments, accruals and depreciation
- Preparation of monthly management information and present to Director
- Experience in ODOO 14 (CRM) preferred but not essential

- Hours of work 10am -3pm – 3 days a week. £24ph (part time) or
- Full time 09.00 - 17.30 5 days per week £47k annum
