You will be a key part of the Tuffnells team and play a huge part in our growth and success. This role is about more than just providing great service, it is about putting our customers at the heart of what we do every day.
You will support in ensuring drivers are fully briefed and de-briefed at the beginning and end of their days as well as speaking with drivers throughout their shift. You will liaise with customer service and the warehouse teams to resolve queries that come in during the day and make sure the system is up to date to be able to show the performance on the road.
This role is working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 12:00-21:00.
