Job Description

This role will be office based primarily but with the possibility of hybrid working as the role develops over time.

  • Manage and monitors daily cash management transactions, report cash operation activities, and authorize hotel raised payments.
  • Key Contact for opening, closing, and maintaining bank accounts for clients including control of signatories.
  • Ensure liquidity and prepare cash flow projections, also highlights to management any short-term cash requirements.
  • For corporate office the Treasury Manager inputs the Accounts Payable runs and liaises with the company accountant on any queries.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and statistics
  • Familiarity with cash/bank management systems, Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
  • Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software programs
  • Knowledge of international cash management, forecasting, and internal controls
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Treasury/Cash Operations
  • Accounting or financial analysis
  • Exposure to Hospitality industry preferred but not essential.
