Job Description

This is also a full-time role based on site, so you must be immediately available to work in the office, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, inventory, and purchase order processing
  • Create and run reports using Excel
  • Raise purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Take receipt of products and allocate stock to orders efficiently
  • Maintain product files on the ERP system
  • Action customer stock returns, in a timely manner
  • Regular liaison with suppliers, the distribution Centre and internal teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service to key departments

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain monitoring
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills
  • Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience of using Sage would be beneficial
  • Previous experience working in a supply chain environment would be an advantage
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Experience of a customer focused environment and able to manage customer expectations
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible and adaptable around handling workloads
