Duties will include:
*Managing your own ledger of clients ensuring targets, are met as well as assisting the team in their targets
*Building relationships with clients and working through queries and escalate any problem clients or debts
*Completion of complex customer account reconciliations and customer queries
*Our client would prefer a candidate ICM qualified or working towards ICM qualification
*You will need strong communication skills and be a strong negotiator
*Ideally you will have Strong IT skills including intermediate Excel
Due to the nature of the role you will need to be resilient and have a can do attitude.
