Job Description

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Provide office administration support to the team and other service departments
  • Diary management of the business partnership team to include and arrange meetings and webinars as required.
  • Ensure the database and spreadsheets are up to date and help to produce reports as required.
  • Administering information/data for collation and system input meets deadlines
  • Processing new members / clients
  • Maintain effective communication with members and other departments within the Group.
  • Supporting the development of operational procedures, systems and policies.
  • Assisting the quarterly data reviews providing administrative assistant for the collection of supplier data, ensuring processes and procedures are followed.
  • Help maintain the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards; supporting the development of operational procedures, systems and policies.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful Office Administrator will be expected to:

  • Deliver quality and accurate administrative support
  • Have an ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Be organised and have great attention to detail
  • Demonstrate good Microsoft office skills
