Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
- Book keeping: Cost and Revenue Accounting, Prepayments & Accruals, Payment and Receivables administration. VAT returns. Payroll administration. Bank account reconciliations.
- Commercial activity reconciliation: Invoicing and Purchase orders, shipping costs, stock accounting, business expenses.
- Process development and implementation: Overseeing all financial control activities. Managing cash flow.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accounting data entry. Developing and implementing financial reporting systems. Recommending improvements where needed.
- Balance Sheet reconciliation: Supervising company investments, assets and financial accounts at group level.
- Management Support: Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Modelling support. Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations. Assisting in quarterly reporting to the board. Support management with Dataroom preparation for fundraising.
- External Coordination: Providing external auditors with the necessary documentation and support, coordinate grant funding, tax credits.
