Job Description

We are looking for someone who is experienced managing the controllership for in a large company: multiple entities in UK & Europe, multiple currencies, who has UK/US GAAP experience and managed a large team; reviewing and checking balance sheet and statutory accounts and managing activity including integrating acquisitions.

You will be responsible for controllership managing a team of 8 direct reports and responsible for reviewing and checking monthly balance sheet, management reporting, statutory accounting, internal and external audit including integration of acquisitions. Knowledge of US GAAP, strong business partnering experience and change management is essential.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good knowledge of US GAAP is essential.
