Job Description

We are looking for a customer focused candidate to join their in-house team.

Role will consist of

  • Providing customer support by phone and emails
  • Data input within a regulated environment
  • Working to SLA's
  • Policy amendments and updates
  • Comply with legislation FCA rules
  • General admin duties
  • Scanning

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally would have financial services background either banking or Insurance
  • Strong customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have worked within a regulated environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible
  • Team player
