Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team and play a vital role in achieving the business goals of our Packaging division, which produces corrugated packaging solutions for a range of customers in the Pharmaceutical, Electronics and Industrial sectors.

You will be responsible for booking vehicles, providing liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring queries are expedited without delay, scrutinize all paperwork returned by warehouse staff for accuracy, highlighting mistakes and resolving administrative issues at the time. You will ensure accurate and efficient record keeping, paperwork handling and filing in relation to unloading, reloading and recording of goods Account for cash and cheque handling from domestic carriers. Ensure release notes are issued in accordance with warehouse procedures Create management reports as and when required. You will also provide out of hours Customer Service support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, as required.
