Job Description
While this is a home working role, the Administrator is expected to be flexible, as it may be required to visit or work from one of our customer sites. The individual must demonstrate competence as the role will involve dealing with our customer base.
- Align with the Spare Parts management team at, especially concerning changing strategies relating to Spare Parts
- Take enquiries from UK and Ireland Customers for requests for quotes
- Place orders for parts and invoicing for these parts
- Quote customers for spare parts packages for new installations and upgrades to the systems and then ordering and invoicing for these parts
- Create returns for repair parts
- Quote for repairs
- Order repaired parts
- Check to make sure parts are on course to be delivered on time
- Track, trend and report on specific KPIs linked to the role
- Assist the Service Operations Manager with forecasting for financial reporting / setting
- Develop reports and opportunities for improvement using historical data to support
- Act as support / cover for Field Service coordinator roles within the department
- Provide complete customer satisfaction whilst enhancing the reputation of the company
