Job Description

• The Credit Controller will provide legal services to internal team, provide assistant to external clients and manage important litigation dates
• Experience of working as a credit controller within a Law firm
• A proven track record of maximizing cash collation
• Provide regular, monthly updates to Estate Directors/Clients by phone and in writing
• Manage litigation casework to debt recovery via default judgment, mortgagees and bailiffs
• Register judgments against property titles to protect the Client as required
• Attention to details to produce documents of a high standard

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience:

• accounting: 1 year (preferred)
• credit control: 1 year (preferred)
