Job Description

The successful applicant will require the ability to demonstrate an understanding and follow complex procedures in line with Firearms Legislation and be adaptable and flexible to process changes within this fast-paced environment. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will hit the ground running, possess a positive attitude and work with a strong team ethic.

Proficient I.T skills and a good standard of written and verbal communication are essential in this role, due to the complex and bespoke software systems that are used on a daily basis. The post holder will provide excellent customer service while managing a wide range of tasks and look for ways to improve the service we deliver.
