Duties
Be the key liaison point for highly valued clients- managing queries, explaining the service and coordination of workshops and coaching session
Using CRM to capture data and produce reports
Coordination of meetings for the directors
Managing the in-house client portal- managing its functionality and onboarding new users
Managing budgets as well as PO’s and general finance
High levels of compliance and GDPR management
Lots of pf project and research work
Managing the ordering of consumables required for the team
