This is an office based position in a rapidly growing company providing portable welfare equipment and servicing to the construction and utility sector and also the outdoor event market. We are looking for a candidate that is customer service focused, organized and motivated in the office environment, with good IT skills.
Key responsibilities will be talking with customers to take new orders and quotations, dealing with customer queries and raising hire contracts. Product training will be given, but it would be an advantage if the applicant had previous experience or have an understanding of the hire industry in some format.
Experience of using a Windows based computerized hire system would also be a distinct advantage.
The office is open from 7.30am until 5pm, but the hours of work can be discussed as part of the interview process. Most staff either work 42.5 or 45 hours per week but this could be reduced if necessary, to attract a suitable experienced candidate.
Salary is negotiable dependent on experience and agreed hours of work.
