Job Description

You will be responsible for the implementation of our electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), and coordination with all associated stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure successful and timely implementation of the operational software. You will liaise with the vendor project team to ensure milestones are met, and issues are reported promptly and liaise with validation team to ensure IQ/OQ are performed in a timely manner. You will carry out performance qualification (PQ) with the help of QA staff, and report any issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

It is essential that you hold a degree in a relevant subject with proven relevant experience, together with previous experience within a Quality system (e.g. GxP, ISO9001), and experience with electronic systems as a user or administrator. You will have basic knowledge regarding validation. It is essential that you have project management and organization skills as well as good team working, and excellent communications skills.
