You will be responsible for supervising the finance team, offering support, training, guidance and motivation ensuring operating procedures are in place and being adhered to.
Team guidance, training and development
Daily bank reconciliations
Purchase order log maintained with correct coding
Processing monthly affiliate invoice
Supplier payment runs
Accounts payable balancing for end of month closure
Petty cash reclaims
Payroll forecasting
Food and beverage cost control
Support in the preparation of accurate monthly accounts (journals, income statement, Balance sheet)
Variance analysis and investigations.
Supporting with internal and external audit requests

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be able to work independently and part of a team.
Communication skills are a must, conveying appropriately with guests, suppliers, team members and managers.
Time management is essential, being capable of working to deadlines.
Experience using Oracle fusion, ONQ PMS & Agilysys POS systems are advantageous with proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially excel essential.
