Job Description

• Identifying and developing automation processes to remove the manual tasks for all of the below
• Reconciling bank data from several 3rd party interfaces involving both B2B and B2C transactions
• Processing customer refunds from e-commerce site and B2B customers when required
• Responsibly for processing applications for new accounts from the sales team and setting customers up in the ERP system
• Work with minimum supervision for collection of shared portfolios of accounts whose debts are overdue to obtain payment
• Responsible for communicating with large 3rd part retailers regarding collection of overdue debts and dealing with queries regarding their accounts

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of basic accounting entries relating to invoicing, credit and debit memos, debtors, and creditors
• Ability to work under pressure
• Work with minimum supervision
• Ability to ‘think outside of the box’
• Reliable
• Be able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Excellent operational thinking
