Job Description

The role can be based at the Brentwood office with the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days a week. We adopt a flexible working environment with a strong focus on continuous learning & development

Working within a close-knit team, your role will be dealing with queries over the phone and via email with brokers, as well as liaising with different areas within the business to resolve issues whilst working towards monthly targets. Providing variance reports, on a monthly basis, to the sales executive advising any poor performing brokers and what action plans are required for resolution. Undertake regular credit checks for new agencies and complete the account opening form with sign off and/or comments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this position you will have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify and reconcile balances. You will be a confident communicator and will be able to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner when chasing Brokers for payments.

You will possess good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

You’ll be a goal driven individual whilst seeking to recover owed debt, and will have the initiative to manage your own workload. You will have the support of a wider team so team working skills is also important.

We don’t expect people do know our internal computer systems, but you will be keen to learn and develop through excellent training and guidance.

This position would suit someone looking for the next step in their career, we’re flexible with what background you may come from as this doesn’t necessarily have to be finance or insurance. We’re keen to hear from target drive, motivated individuals with a can-do attitude.
