Job Description

We are looking for a graduate or student who wants to start a career in sales and administration. You will be given full training as long as you are numerate and willing to learn. Training will be provided. This is a temp to perm role and could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Duties

  • Administration support and assisting with daily tasks.
  • Calling existing and prospect suppliers.
  • Chasing deliveries.
  • Obtain quotations.
  • Communicate with suppliers.
  • Identify new supplies.
  • Maintain stock records.
  • Assist with purchase ledge input (when required).

Hours

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8.45am - 4.45pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer service experience. (Advantageous).
  • Excellent supplier-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft programmes.
  • Team player, positive attitude.
  • Proactive approach.
  • Needs to be numerate.
