Job Description
They are looking for a Team Administrator who enjoys working in a fun, fast paced environment, who is confident with working alongside the account managers, by means of keeping customers updated and supported through the customer service / order process.
Responsibilities
- Track shipment schedules and keeping customers updated of when products will be available for handover and ensuring that financials are in place.
- Grow the export side of the business through effective order management and liaison with the relevant internal teams.
- Understanding the individual requirements of each customer for labelling and packaging.
- Obtaining accurate customer documentation for customs clearance.
- Preparing declaration reports for customers, tailoring to their individual requirements.
