Job Description

They are looking for a Team Administrator who enjoys working in a fun, fast paced environment, who is confident with working alongside the account managers, by means of keeping customers updated and supported through the customer service / order process.

Responsibilities

  • Track shipment schedules and keeping customers updated of when products will be available for handover and ensuring that financials are in place.
  • Grow the export side of the business through effective order management and liaison with the relevant internal teams.
  • Understanding the individual requirements of each customer for labelling and packaging.
  • Obtaining accurate customer documentation for customs clearance.
  • Preparing declaration reports for customers, tailoring to their individual requirements.

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Intermediate / advanced level in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High-level of organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting and competing demands effectively
