Management and co-ordination of all day-to-day front of house operations
Ensure that all our guests have an exceptional experience, following the Forbes world class standards
Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues
Initiate and implement up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A strong individual with an exceptional background in front of house operations.
Opera user
A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a 4*/5* hotel
