Job Description

Your responsibilities will be to carry out all associated administration for the Industry Placement department answering to the Industry Placement Manager and make sure to coordinate student requests using an online platform. Part of the role is ensuring all necessary policies and produces are in place for a safe and successful placement.

Main duties are to ensure all administration associated with industry placement is carried out in a timely fashion. Maintain industry placement database and update information as required and maintain health and safety records to comply with the HSE and college policy.

You will be approachable with excellent listening skills and a desire to inspire students to achieve their full potential by introducing them to new ideas and pathways.

This is an established full time term time Only 38 week’s role.
