Job Description

This is a very business facing role in which you'll be responsible for supporting the continued growth and financial health of the business, working commercially with all Stakeholders across the business to shape strategy and be pivotal in key commercial negotiations.

This is a hands-on, all-encompassing role that encourages the cultivation of financial strategies and developmental projects. Through this interactive role, you will assume responsibility for the overall presentation and reviewing of monthly financial strategies and deliver effective and illuminating business objectives.

Key activities for the role will involve:

• Cultivating a strong working relationship with the Executive Director.
• Work closely with the Executive Director and senior commercial team to provide targets and feedback.
• Ensure financial targets are established and maintained.
• Provide financial analytics and strategies to ensure the efficient running of the business.
• Oversee day to day business financials by providing forecasts and reporting functions.
• Bridge the gap between commercial and industrial operations.
• Manage poor performance and instigate solutions.
• Ensure the maintenance of all accounting systems.
• Ensure the business meets financial and legal standards.
• Oversee and prepare monthly/ weekly financial reports on development and management accounts.
• Proactive approach to the development of the business and its finances.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Have a minimum of 3 years post-grad experience.
• Hold a full driving license - must be able to travel to multiple sites across UK.
• Ideally have a Entertainment, Sport or Leisure background.
• Willing to work well under pressure.
• Technically aware and strong communicator with experience creating dynamic relationships.
• Excellent interpersonally & experienced team builder.
• Proficient in IT with modelling skills.
