Job Description

We are recruiting for the role of a Credit Controller in our Credit Control team. You will work closely with various areas within the business and be part of an excellent team who are diligent and customer centric.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Build a strong relationship with client relationship managers and keep them up-to-date with the status of their portfolio
• Improve the current credit control, client on-oarding and risk control policies
• Allocating receipts including cheques and BACS payments.
• Risk assess new clients and assign terms accordingly
• Maintain debtor days at pre-defined level and ensure overdues are kept at a minimum
• Deal efficiently with any Customer queries regarding their accounts.
• Progress overdue balances through the collection cycle

Knowledge and Experience required:

• Must be PC literate and able to use standard software packages particularly Excel

• Good communication skills are essential and must be able to work on own initiative

• Sharing responsibilities and strong team working capability

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
