Job Description
  • Issue of Job Offer Letters and associated forms via DocuSign system;
  • Appointment bookings for new starter inductions;
  • Upkeep of Starter & Leavers spreadsheet in preparation for monthly payroll;
  • Compilation of new starter paperwork in preparation for payroll;
  • Issue of background checks on all new starters;
  • Information submission to payroll folders for anything needing to be processed by HR Business Partner/Financial Controller
  • First triage management of on-line HR Service Desk queries
