Job Description
You will undertake a range of administrative duties and be responsible for delivering responsive services to our customers, via phone, in person and by email:
- Manage taxi bookings and allocations to in-house driver team and taxi suppliers, providing schedules to drivers and suppliers, communicating with our customers and adhering to the contractual requirements
- Secure quotes for non-standard taxi journeys
- Obtain quotes for mini bus/coach bookings
- Recording complaints and services issues to enable effective contract management
- Day to day managing the Transport inbox & phone
- Providing administrative support directly to the Logistics & Transport Manager
- Recording and collating of financial recharge information for Transport & Logistics Services
- Supporting the Administration Coordinator with preparing invoices & recharge journals
- Provide project related support and assistance.
- Adhere to all departmental procedures and Standard Operating Processes
- Champion the Logistics & Transport Service
- Contribute to identifying improvements to operations, systems and process.
