• Making the best use of every appointment, ensuring each customer is given a stand-out experience
• Effectively dealing with all used car enquiry leads converting those appointments into sales, and ensuring all sales leads are maximized
• Exhibiting a passion for selling through volume of used cars, alongside upselling on products, extended warranties and finance packages
• Driving the sales process, from meet and greet, test drive, presentation of products and sales, through to delivery and handover of the vehicle – an exciting day for our customers! 
• Be on the ball and motivated, with an energized attitude
• Lead by example and have proven experience of achieving and exceeding set sales targets, consistently hitting individual and team targets
• Be an excellent communicator, ensuring you understand customers’ requirements to fully maximize each possible sale
• Be driven to hit your targets month after month, and a natural people person who is passionate about making our customers happy
